Information you send us through the charter request form or by email or phone: your name, company, contact details and a description of the cargo and job. We do not ask for, and you should not send, government ID numbers, banking details or other sensitive personal data through the form.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange a charter and communicate with you about it. We may keep your details to follow up on the request and to contact you about future sailings. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to perform a charter (for example with a customs broker, port operator or destination agent) or where required by law. Our email and website hosting providers process data on our behalf.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number you agree we may text you about your request. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set marketing cookies. Basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) may be kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
