By using this website you agree to these terms. The site provides general information about Island Craft Transport's cargo charter services.

No contract by website

Nothing on this site is an offer to carry. A charter is agreed only by a written quote accepted by you and confirmed by us, and is governed by the terms of that charter agreement and the vessel's conditions of carriage, which will be provided with the quote.

Accuracy

We try to keep the information here current, but vessel specifications, destinations and availability may change without notice. Figures are approximate.

Cargo responsibility

The customer is responsible for accurately declaring cargo type, dimensions, weight and hazardous characteristics, for the legality of the cargo, and for customs, duties and permits at origin and destination.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs and the Island Craft Transport name and logo on this site belong to Island Craft Transport, Inc. and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Island Craft Transport is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information on this site. Liability for cargo carried is governed solely by the charter agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
